Through FROM JAPAN, customers outside Japan can easily purchase products from the Find My JAPAN Online Store.

STEP 1

Select the products you would like to purchase from the Find My JAPAN Online Store.

STEP 2

Click the "FROM JAPAN POP-UP" displayed on the product page to proceed with your purchase.

Please make sure to complete your purchase through the FROM JAPAN POP-UP.

STEP 3

Create a FROM JAPAN account.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

• Email address
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Residential address

Your shipping address can be specified or changed later if necessary.

After completing your registration, please pay for the product through FROM JAPAN using a credit card.

STEP 4

Select your preferred shipping date and choose either DDP or DDU*.

We will ship your order on the requested shipping date.

Once the shipping fees, insurance fees, and other related charges have been finalized, you will be asked to make a second payment through FROM JAPAN by credit card.

Your order will then be delivered to your designated address.

Shipping Terms

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Import duties and taxes are paid in advance before delivery.

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
Import duties and taxes are paid by the customer upon import or delivery, depending on local regulations.

* DDP service may not be available for certain countries, regions, or shipping methods.

ご登録時に、

居住所

※ 配送先住所は後から指定可能です。

登録完了後、
FROM JAPANを通じて、
商品代金をクレジットカードにてお支払いください。
（商品代金のお支払い）

STEP 4

ご希望の発送日と、
DDPまたはDDU*をご選択ください。

ご指定の発送日に商品を発送いたします。

送料・保険料・その他関連費用が確定後、
FROM JAPANを通じて、
クレジットカードにてお支払いをお願いいたします。
（送料・関連費用のお支払い）

その後、
商品をご指定住所へお届けいたします。
