本利用規約に記載されるその他の禁止事項に加え、当サイトおよびそのコンテンツを以下の目的で使用することは禁止されています：

これらの禁止事項に違反した場合、当社はサービスまたは関連ウェブサイトのご利用を直ちに終了させる権利を留保します。
第13条 – 保証の否認および責任制限について

Find My JAPAN Online Storeならびに当社の取締役、役員、従業員、関連会社、代理人、契約者、インターン、サプライヤー、サービス提供者、ライセンサーは、いかなる場合においても、本サービスまたはサービスを通じて購入された商品に関連する、または本サービスの利用に関連する、いかなる種類の損害（直接的・間接的・付随的・懲罰的・特別・結果的損害、逸失利益、逸失収益、逸失貯蓄、データ損失、代替品費用、その他類似の損害を含みますがこれに限られません）についても、契約、不法行為（過失を含む）、厳格責任、その他の法理に基づくか否かにかかわらず、当社がその可能性を通知されていた場合でも、一切責任を負いません。
一部の州や法域では、結果的または付随的損害に対する責任の除外または制限を認めない場合があるため、そのような場合には、当社の責任は適用法により認められる最大限の範囲に制限されます。
第14条 – 免責について
お客様は、Find My JAPAN Online Storeおよび当社の親会社、子会社、関連会社、パートナー、役員、取締役、代理人、契約者、ライセンサー、サービス提供者、下請業者、サプライヤー、インターン、従業員に対して、第三者から提起されたいかなる請求または要求（合理的な弁護士費用を含みます）についても、これが本利用規約または参照により取り込まれた文書への違反、または法令もしくは第三者の権利の侵害に起因または関連する場合には、補償、防御、および免責することに同意するものとします。
第15条 – 可分性について

第16条 – 契約の終了について
契約終了日以前に発生した両当事者の義務および責任は、契約終了後も引き続きすべての目的において有効に存続します。
