Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Please confirm your order carefully before purchasing.
Cancellations after an order has been placed are not accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We take thorough care in quality control and inspection. However, if you receive a defective item or an incorrect item due to our error, we will accept a return.
Please contact us at info@find-myjapan.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
If the item is defective, please attach photos showing the defect.
Our staff will provide you with further instructions by email.
Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered (e.g., no hemming), and undamaged.
When trying on the item, please be careful not to transfer scents such as perfume, cosmetics, or tobacco smoke. - All tags, instruction manuals, boxes, brand bags, and any included documents must be in the same condition as when delivered.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that customized items (such as personalized or special-order items) and sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and your refund is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment.
Please be aware that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The timing of the refund depends on your card issuer, so if you have questions regarding the refund, please contact them directly.

返品について
商品に不備・破損などがある場合を除き、返品交換対応をいたしかねます。
ご理解の上、ご購入をお願いいたします。
注文後のキャンセルもお受けしておりません。
不良商品等について
品質管理、検品には万全を期しておりますが、不良品やご注文と異なる商品の発送など、明らかに弊店に過失がある場合には、返品をお受けいたします。
お手数をおかけしますが、商品到着後7日以内にinfo@find-myjapan.com宛にご連絡下さい。
不良の箇所がある場合は、画像を添付していただきますよう、お願いいたします。
当店スタッフよりメールでご案内いたします。
返品につきましては、以下の状態のみ、お受け取りいたします。
・未使用、未洗濯、手直し(裾上げ等)、破損のない状態であること。
※ご試着の際には香水や化粧品、たばこの臭いなどの臭いうつりにご注意下さい。
・商品に付属するすべてのタグ、取り扱い説明書、箱やブランドの袋、添付書類が全て配達時と同じ状態であること。
※カスタム商品（名入れ、特注品他）やセール品の返品はお受けできません。
返金について
返品が受領され、返金が承認された場合、元の決済方法で自動的に返金されます。
銀行またはクレジットカード会社が返金を処理し、支払われるまでには時間がかかる場合があります。
返金のタイミングはカード会社により異なり、当店では分かりかねますので、直接カード会社にお問い合わせいただきますよう、お願いいたします。
