International Orders
To support customers purchasing from outside Japan, Find My JAPAN partners with FROM JAPAN, an international purchasing and shipping support service.
Customers outside Japan must complete their purchases through the “FROM JAPAN POP-UP” displayed on each product page.
Please note that direct international checkout is not available on the Find My JAPAN Online Store.
International Shipping
International shipping, export procedures, and customer support for overseas orders are handled through FROM JAPAN.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, shipping carriers, and local conditions in the destination country.
Certain products may not be available for shipment to some countries or regions due to import regulations.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the ordered products comply with the import regulations of their destination country.
Payment
For international orders, product charges must be paid by credit card through FROM JAPAN.
International shipping fees, insurance fees, and other related charges will be billed separately through FROM JAPAN once shipment details have been finalized.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges vary depending on the destination country and local regulations.
Cancellations and Returns
Order cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once an order has been completed.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
International orders are also subject to the Terms of Service and shipping policies of FROM JAPAN.
Personal Information
Personal information provided for international orders is managed through the FROM JAPAN system.
Please refer to the FROM JAPAN Privacy Policy for details regarding the handling of personal information.
Domestic Orders
Customers residing in Japan may purchase directly through the Find My JAPAN Online Store.
Domestic orders are usually shipped within five business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
Domestic Shipping Fees
- Honshu, Shikoku & Kyushu: ¥1,100 (tax included)
- Hokkaido & Okinawa: ¥2,200 (tax included)
Free shipping is available for domestic orders totaling ¥38,500 (tax included) or more.

海外からのご注文対応のため、海外購入サポートサービス「FROM JAPAN」を利用しております。
海外からご注文のお客様は、商品ページ内に表示される

※ Find My JAPANオンラインストアでは、海外向け直接決済には対応しておりません。
海外配送について
海外配送・輸出手続き・海外向けカスタマーサポートは、
FROM JAPANのサービスを通じて行われます。
配送日数は、通関状況・配送会社・お届け先国の事情等により、
変動する場合があります。
また、国や地域の輸入規制により、一部商品は配送できない場合があります。
ご注文商品がお届け先国の輸入規制に適合しているかについては、
お客様ご自身の責任にてご確認ください。
お支払いについて
海外注文につきましては、
商品代金をFROM JAPANを通じて、
クレジットカードにてお支払いいただきます。
海外送料・保険料・その他関連費用につきましては、
発送内容確定後、FROM JAPANを通じて別途ご請求となります。
関税・輸入税について
関税・輸入税・通関手数料等は、お客様のご負担となります。
これらの費用は、お届け先の国や地域によって異なります。
キャンセル・返品について
ご注文完了後のキャンセル・変更は、原則としてお受けしておりません。
返品・交換は、商品不良または誤配送の場合を除き、お受けできません。
海外注文は、FROM JAPANの利用規約および配送条件にも準じます。
個人情報について
海外注文時にご入力いただく個人情報は、FROM JAPANのシステム上で管理されます。
個人情報の取り扱いにつきましては、FROM JAPANのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

日本国内からのお客様につきましては、
Find My JAPANオンラインストアより直接ご購入いただけます。
日本国内への配送は、
通常5営業日以内(土・日・祝日は除く)に佐川急便またはヤマト運輸で発送いたします。
送料について
•本州・四国・九州： ¥1,100（税込）
•北海道・沖縄： ¥2,200（税込）
を頂いております。
