Shipping policy

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via EMS within 1–3 business days.
Shipping to Asia usually takes up to one week. Shipping to Europe, North America, and other regions may take up to two weeks.

International Shipping Fees

  • Asia: ¥3,850 – ¥6,350
  • Other Regions: ¥6,600 – ¥12,600
    ※It will be converted to the selected currency and added up on the checkout screen.
    ※Customs duties are not included and may apply separately.

Domestic Shipping (within Japan)
Orders within Japan will be shipped via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport within 3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

Shipping Fees

  • Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: ¥1,100(tax included.)
  • Hokkaido, Okinawa: ¥2,200(tax included.)
    ※Free shipping for orders over ¥38,500(tax included.)

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent from our company.

通常3営業日以内 (土・日・祝日は除く) に佐川急便またはヤマト運輸で発送いたします。

  • 本州・四国・九州： ¥1,100（税込）
  • 北海道・沖縄： ¥2,200（税込）

発送完了連絡メール

日本国外への配送
当社のすべての国際注文は、1～3 営業日以内に EMS で発送されます。 
アジアへの国際配送は、通常最大1週間ほどかかります。ヨーロッパやアメリカを含むその他の地域への配送は、最大2週間かかることがあります。
